TableControl incorporates a live electronic restaurant diary and reservation system, restaurants can add the simple TableControl interface to their website, this will activate live booking directly from the restaurants website. Customers can view table availability for specific days and times and book a table straight from the website. Because the TableControl system is a live booking system only available times and dates are shown.

Once a customer books a table the restaurants electronic diary is updated and an email confirmation is sent directly to the customer and the restaurant with a unique booking reference and full details of their table reservation.

TableControl isn’t just a restaurant reservation system though, TableControl incorporates a powerful restaurant table management system which can show a full graphical view of all the tables in the restaurant and the current status of each table, the table management system also offers full wait list control, when a customer walks in to the restaurant but their are no table available TableControl will show at a glance the estimated time for the next available table. Waiting diners can then be added to TableControl’s wait list and the system will update the host/hostess with details of which table is available and who is next to be seated as tables become available.
